you know--i cannot remember the last time I had so much fun,felt so relaxed,and was not worrying about someone or something. I also felt more free to share thoughts,seek opinions, and simply live life. You ladies have an idea here.It is therapy through art,physical activity and -most of all- non-judgmental friendship.God bless each of you abundantly.

I agree Judy, it was a wonderful weekend and for whatever reason, we are all present. The rest of the world seems to slip away! Each of us bring wisdom to share! The activity and laughter restores our soul to balance! Sisters from different mothers!

I am shopping for a bike... my old one is being retired.
