Good luck. I wish you a great night's sleep and a wonderful experience tomorrow. Go Beth!

You are an inspiration to all of us. I have spent my life being careful- not stretching myself- not being being adventurous. I was ready to give up as it seemed like life was over. Now- I love biking and hiking and camping and doing new things. I didn't get to bike all week and can't wait to get going again. There is so much more to think about than just everyday stuff!!! You WIND ladies all amaze and challenge me! ! Now- enjoy that race!!! Having a fun challenge is what it's all about!

I did get my usual night sleep; a good 5 hours and then a doze and wake-up rest of the night.

Thanks Judy, we are both now enjoying life and saying Yes, to new adventures. You have been very busy vacationing and the bike awaits! Enjoying Green Camp is part of saying yes to keep living!
